And I especially love that I am cooking while listening to them and not stocking sweaters and trying to persuade people to sign up for Ann Taylor credit cards. A year brings so many wonderful changes.

Today I went out and bought tree ornaments, though we won't buy a tree until next weekend. I came back with holiday boxes, wrapping paper, ornaments, twinkle lights... I have a list of people to send Christmas cards to, a list of people to bake Christmas cookies for...
And I even managed to get to church tonight. Catholic guilt always strikes in the holiday seasons.
I love December.

Christmas carols have been playing on my pandora since I got back from Thanksgiving. Other than the whole being cold thing (and, at least temporarily- the exam thing), I agree that December is one of the best.
ReplyDeleteI'm so jealous. I have a Charlie Brown Christmas Tree this year. I'll take a picture of it. All I have to do is finish these papers. Then I can Christmas Carol, too. Oh, and finish classes, I suppose.
ReplyDeleteAlso, I think you meant "cooking" not "coking." Or at least, I hope so.
